House Rules

Please follow these rules for a comfortable stay and consideration for our neighbours.

Noise and Neighbours

• The properties are in residential neighbourhoods. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 p.m.
• Loud voices, parties and conduct that disturbs neighbours are prohibited.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is from 4:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
• An extension may not be available.

Capacity and Guests

• Only the guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.
• Unauthorised additional guests may incur charges. Capacity must not be exceeded.

Smoking, Pets and Safety

• All properties are non-smoking. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Handle fire with care. Bringing cooking equipment without permission is prohibited.

Waste and Facilities

• Please separate waste. Do not leave waste outside or create excessive waste.
• A charge of JPY 1,000 per item may apply to large waste.
• Please use facilities with care and contact us if damage occurs.

Operations and Breaches

• Properties are not staffed on site. In an emergency, contact us through the instructions provided.
• A breach of these rules may result in a request to leave the property.
